Capco - The Capital Markets Company GmbHHSBC, Target Operating Model Lead: Worked alongside the CAPCO Client Partner to lead a transformation programme (£6m, 45 FTE) seeking to improve global Portfolio & Programme Management operating model, services, processes and tools for a $3bn portfolio; Royal Bank of Scotland, Target Operating Model Lead: Defined the target operating model and people strategy (recruitment, onboarding, L&D) for the CIO of Williams & Glyn, a new challenger bank (c. 125 FTE, £20m payroll, c. 1000 supplier staff).
Lloyds Banking Group, Technology Strategy Consultant: Led the implementation of an agile project management tool (IBM Rational Team Concert) across the Digital Bank to support the roll-out of an iterative delivery model across a £200m change portfolio. Led a training programme focused on Scrum and RTC referenced above to 500+ colleagues. Supported the development of a MI reporting tool and e-learning content for the new delivery model
