Cultivated strong customer relationships, including closing sales, devising cost effective solutions aligned with customer needs, and post-sales support / progress reports. Cooperated with vendors / truckers to maximize quality and service levels.

Coordinated the movement and tracking of high priority early a.m. overnight packages for the worlds largest parcel delivery service provider.
